Emma's Cottage Vineyard is a boutique winery providing a selection of handcrafted Hunter wines, each with distinctive flavours and unique varietal character. LOCATED in the most beautiful, peaceful and picturesque Lovedale region of the Hunter Valley.

Emma's Cottage also provides peaceful Hunter Valley accommodation and vibrant art.

Our vineyard comprises of 7 acres of vines with 7 different grape varieties being: Chardonnay, Semillon, Verdelho, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet Franc.

All our wines are handmade by David Hook, one of the Hunter Valley's brightest winemaking stars, from grapes grown on our Hunter Valley property. This means you get true Hunter Valley quality as we nurture the wines through every step, from vineyard to cellardoor.
We have a diverse range of wines to taste including all the classics plus sparkling wines, Rose and Desert wine.

Featuring two NEW, intimate and distinctly styled self-contained, two bedroom cottages nestled in our vineyard, set on 30 rural acres in the heart of Hunter Valley fine wine country.

Generous in its ambience, generous in its secluded surroundings. You can relax on your private patio, have a glass of our award winning wine and take in the peaceful views of the vines.


Each Emma's Hunter Valley accommodation cottage offers a modern interior which reflect, comfort and convenience. Providing accommodation for up to four people and featuring:

SELF CONTAINED 3 BEDROOM HUNTER VALLEY ACCOMMODATION COTTAGE

The 3 bedroom cottage has a really calm and peaceful feel. It backs directly on to our vineyard with a real country atmosphere. The cottage has wide Verandah s on ground level which are fully covered and protected from the sun, perfect for an afternoon BBQ (gas bbq provided). The cottage is made up of 3 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), with a double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a separate lounge with a cozy log fire, the 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for 6 guests, with the ability to take 2 extra guests.

Emma's Art Gallery is situated within the cellar door. It features works by local artist Megan Barrass. With a continuous changing display of colourful and vibrant paintings. Browse and enjoy the sheer energy that these paintings give.


About the artist MEGAN BARRASS

Megan works from her studio in Emma's Cottage Vineyard.
Born in Sydney, NSW; graduated from Randwick Technical College with a degree in Graphic Design. With fifteen years of experience in the graphic industry, I decided to take my painting skills one step further. Becoming a full-time artist. Now, with ten years of serious painting experience behind me, I continue to grow and mature with my work.

Exhibited in numerous exhibitions.
